Dear BPW members, dear friends of BPW Hanse Network,

2012 the International Hanseatic days will take place in Luneburg, near Hamburg / Germany.

The organizing team 2012 has arranged a great program with hotel stay in beautiful Hanseatic City of Hamburg.

Luneburg, the host of the Official Hanseatic Days 2012, can be reached in 40 minutes by train.

The hosting club of our this year’s journey will be BPW Hamburg. Our BPW friends from Latvia and Estonia

already confirmed. Therefore we can promise you a unique international event in the north of Germany.

Partners and friends are also invited to come along.

The official program starts Thursday the 28th of June 2012, 16 hrs in Hamburg and ends the 30th of June 2012,

after our international night with the greatest view onto the river / lake Alster.

We calculated to reach our aim: „easy ways and low budget”: Prices and the registration form will be sent to you on request.

Our facultative program starts one day earlier, Wednesday 27.06.12 for sightseeing, shopping and to relax.

The official event ends after the international night Saturday, 30.06.12, but you are welcome to stay one more night in Hamburg.

We are sure that you will have a lot of fun and wonderful experiences during this trip. We can promise you unforgettable days.

Please block the time in your agendas already and inform us per E-Mail if (and when) you plan to come.

As usual: please arrange your own journey to Hamburg and book your hotel room. If you want to share a room and you do not know with whom you should share if, please inform us. We will try to help ...

Liebe BPW, Freunde und Interessierte.

2012 wird der diesjährige Hansetag in Lüneburg nahe Hamburg stattfinden. Das BPW Hanse Netzwerk ist dabei!

Wir haben ein großartiges Programm vorbereitet. Die stolze und elegante Hansestadt Hamburg ist unser Standort. Von hier aus werden wir an 2 Tagen zu den offiziellen internationalen Hansetagen nach Lüneburg reisen und an der Eröffnung der internationalen Hansetage und am Hanseforum teilzunehmen (http://www.hansetag2012.de/).

Gastgebender Club ist der  BPW Hamburg. BPW aus Estland und Lettland haben ihr Kommen fest zugesagt. Wir werden also viele Freundinnen und Freunde unseres internationalen BPW  Hanse Netzwerks in Hamburg begrüßen können. Wie in jedem Jahr sind Freundinnen und Partner herzlich willkommen.

Die An-und Abreise ist wie immer selbst zu organisieren. Das offizielle Programm unserer Reise beginnt am  Donnerstag, dem 28.06.2012 um 16 Uhr und endet am späten Abend des 30.06.2012 – jeweils in Hamburg. Wer teilnehmen möchte, kann bereits die An- und Abreise buchen.

Wir haben unser Programm nach  unserem Motto „easy ways and low budget” kalkuliert: Preise, Information über die optionierten Hotels und ein Anmeldeformular übersenden wir auf Anfrage.

Unser  Programm beginnt schon einen Tag vorher, also am Mittwoch, für mehr Besichtigung, Einkaufen und Entspannung in Hamburg und endet mit dem Internationalen Abend am Samstag. Wer dann noch einmal in Hamburg schläft hat natürlich mehr vom Abend. Dies muss natürlich mit 1-2 Übernachtungen extra bezahlt werden.

Wir sind uns sicher, dass wir eine Menge Spaß und großartige Erfahrungen während der Reise haben werden. Im Namen des Organisations-Komitees des BPW Hanse Netzerk 2012 senden wir hanseatische Grüße.
